What I like about this one the most is it's impact. It really stands out as a drawing, and the simplicity of it makes it all the more neat to look at. Nothing's really over-designed or unnecessarily complicated.
Though, something you can consider for this one is the general layout. This is quite consistent, which is pretty good; however, I think you need an area of focus. There are a lot of different leaves to focus on. Perhaps you could clump them in one spot, or make one or a couple of them stand out in size. If an area of focus is not necessary, then I would suggest positioning some of the leaves differently rather than having them all in that one position. Whatever you are conveying in this drawing, I believe it's more preferable to draw more of the leaves in different angles, positions and sizes. It makes the picture look less stiff.
Compared to your first one, the background has significantly improved, and makes a good analogous combination to the streaks on the drawing (apologies if I've mistaken them from something else). From an abstract point of view, the colors of the leaves are fine as it is and adds a more abstract and dynamic feeling to this. None of the colors appear to be oddly distracting
There are enough war colors in here, and too much of them would have been a problem.
